Event Planning Packages

Full Service Package: (8-12 months)

For clients who would like DJ Marvelous Events to aid them throughout the entire planning process from start to finish. We assist clients with every detail including vendors, scheduling appointments, design concepts, negotiating contracts, event execution, etc.

• Initial consultation with clients
• Unlimited phone and email availability (between (9:00 am – 8:00pm)
• Three additional planning meetings between clients and coordinator
• Assist with preparing budgets
• Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklist
• Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
• Assist with finding , negotiating, and booking suitable vendors
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Assist with the choosing of invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending
• Ceremony planning
• Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
• Final walk –through with clients at selected venues
• Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding
• Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
• Final Meeting covering all details with client, the month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding.
• This package also includes all services provided in the Basic and/or Day of Coordination Package

Partial Service Package: (6 months)
Ideal for clients who have begun the planning process on their own. We will assist with booking vendors, lighting, favors, linens, etc.

This package includes:

• Initial one hour consultation with clients
• Unlimited phone and email availability (between (9:00 am – 8:00pm)
• Two planning meetings  additional between clients and coordinator
• Prepare a client timeline and checklist
• Email reminders  first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month
• One visit to venue to go over  event setup
• Two hour planning meeting on month before wedding
• This package also includes all services provided in the Basic and/or Day of Coordination Package

Basic Service Package: (1 month)
For clients who have most of the planning complete but need assistance “getting to the finish line.” We will assist with final details, rehearsal, event execution, vendor referrals, etc.

This package includes:

• Initial consultation with clients
• Unlimited phone and email availability (between (9:00 am – 8:00pm)
• Prepare a client timeline and checklist
• One visit to venue to go over  event setup
• Two hour planning meeting on month before wedding
• Day of Coordination package is included

Day of Coordination Service Package:
For clients who have completed the planning, but want a professional to manage the event. This service includes help coordinating the timeline with all of your hired vendors, and facilitating the overall flow of the event while taking care of all the personal details involved in making your event perfect.

This package includes:

• Consultation with clients to discuss event details
• Preview of wedding venue and reception site
• Check venue set-up/ décor for ceremony and reception according to the clients  specifications and décor plan
• Assure that centerpieces, favors, and place cards are in proper placement
• Monitor guest book and gift table until attendant arrives
• Direct the event from start to finish. Serve as the go to person for every vendor
• Maintaining accounting ledger of expenses and payments due to vendors. Ensure that vendors are paid any remaining balances in a timely manner.
• Distribute and pin-on flowers to wedding party and extended family
• Organize and instruct processional line-up and space wedding party
• Adhere to the schedule as time permits and alert couple of upcoming events so everything runs smoothly
• Pack all gifts and other personal items and arrange them to be taken from reception and delivered  to desired location
• Accommodate clients with other specific task that are requested
